Order cancellation and refund policy
Orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if cancellation is made within 3 days of notice.
If an order is cancelled after a 3 day period, no refund will be issued however the customer can re-schedule.
 
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

You will be asked to inspect the cake on collection to ensure you are happy with the quality of the product. Once the cake is accepted by the customer, any damages to the cake as a result of inappropriately transporting or storing the cake is not the responsibility of ours.
